1. The dates of competition is 8 th to 10 th November, 2023.
2. All teams must reach at host school campus on 7 th November, 2023 till 2:00 pm.
3. Measuring of the body weight of players will begin at 12:00 noon on 7th November, 2023
4. Coaches’ and managers’ meeting for fixture and general instructions will be on 7th November, 2023 at7:00 pm.
5. Charges for Food, accommodation and bedding, per day, per person is Rs.500/- as per C.B.S.E. Norms.
6. Each team has to deposit the compulsory security fee of Rs. 2000/- (Refundable). In case any team damages anything then the amount will be deducted from the security fund.
7. Food Coupons are compulsory for all the teams till the last day of the tournament.
8. All the food coupons to be collected from the reception counter at the time of registration itself on 7 th November, 2023.
9. Every team should bring school Flag for March Past, which is compulsory for all teams.
10. If you need food for Lunch and dinner on 7 th November, 2023, please let us know on the consent letter till 30 th October, 2023.
11. Please send all the details of your schedule (when and how the team will reach means of transport).
12. Transportation will be provided from railway station and bus stand of Lehragaga & Jakhal. Please inform advance.

13. Kindly mention the total number of students and escorting teachers on the consent letter.
14. The rules and regulations must be followed in letter and spirit during the
competition.
15. Team in-charge must bring all the required documents of each student (date of birth certificate, UID card, team group photo with respective Cluster’s Host School Principal and CBSE team entry documents duly attested by the School Principal).
16. Food will be served by the organizing school.
17. For any appeal of objection, during the match please deposit the fee Rs. 1000/-
18. Tournament will be conducted at League cum knock out.
19. No team is allowed to participate without team coach/manager/physical teacher.

21. Each team consists of minimum 10 & maximum 12 players. 7 players will take the ground at a time and remaining players will be on the substitute.
22. Weight Limit for players as per the C.B.S.E is as follows: – For U-19 Girls – 65Kg or Less
